Synopsis

The bagad Ar Meilhou glaz and the dancers from Eostiged ar Stangala Celtic circle participated in the March 2013 New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Both Quimper groups had been invited by the Association of Bretons in New York to participate in this event gathering 150 000 people each year and followed by an audience of 2 million people.
This documentary follows the Bretons on their journey in New York. We go with them to the parade of course, but also to the other events organised by their guests: a show in Central Park, a visit of Broadway, a meeting with the Bretons in New York and a musical exchange with Caribbean Garafuna musicians and dancers…
